Please note that accommodation in hotel is not included in the registration fee.
We have booked a serie of hotel rooms for the participants of Lux'09, the prices vary between €170 and €365 per capita for 4 nights. Prices depend of the location of the hotel:
- "Central situation" means that the hotel is less than 5 km away from the venues of the Forum - double : 50€/pers/night, single : 91,25€/pers/night on a 4 nights basis booking
- "no central situation" means that the distance between the hotel and the venues varies between 5 and 25 km - double : 42,50€/pers/night, single : 71,25€/pers/night on a 4 nights basis booking
We kindly ask participants travelling by car to choose a hotel with "no central situation". Thank you.

In case you wish to stay in the same hotel as your friends or colleges or if you plan to stay longer or shorter please contact the Travel Agency via phone +352 236 26 424 or indicate your needs on the registration sheet.
Upon the arrival of your registration every necessary information regarding the hotel, the venues of the Forum and public transport will be sent to you. A shuttle bus will be organised every morning and night at a certain time between your hotel and the Lux'09 venues. In case you don't use this service, you will need to use the public transport.

Be careful, those alternatives, excepted the camp site, usually ask you to be motorised. Please find above a link to the public transport information. Good search!
