There are 2 kinds of Lux'09 workshops :
- Workshops in 3 parallel working sessions (see the workshops'interactive forum's menu on your right)
- Thematic workshops
The workshops in 3 working sessions (illustration of issues, discussion and proposals) are divided in 2 series. Serie 1 goes from workshop 0 to workshop 6. Workshop 7 to workshop 12 belong to serie 2.
A team of interpreters will allow to work in 3 languages (a main and two others) in all the workshops and in 4 languages for the plenary sessions. The choice of these languages (FR, EN, EN, ES, PT) will be communicated in the detailed program of Lux'09 workshops to come.
For each of these, the coordinating organisation will:
- Prepare a list of themes to be discussed so as to develop an approach to the issue
- Put forward speakers who respect the following rules:
- gender parity
- North-South parit
- the speakers should not have already spoken at the Dakar Forum
- Contact the networks in Luxembourg and the neighbouring regions in Germany, Belgium and France that have an interest in the specific topic (if they exist).
